1 Determine if the impellers in your garbage disposal are not turning. 2 Go under the sink to get entry to the disposal. 3 Find the hex holes. 4 Remove any debris that is caught in the disposal's flywheel. 5 Loosen the lock nut on the flywheel and take away it, if you believe the problem is induced by using the impeller blades. 6 Remove all the hose fittings that are related to the disposal flywheel and impellers. 7 Remove particles in the impellers, if that is the reason of the problem. 8 Sharpen impellers in location or with the aid of removing them. 9 Read the practise manual.
